Continuous Improvement

At the center of your success is our continuous improvement process, which is based on the Japanese philosophy of kaizen, loosely translated as "constant improvement." We refine strategies and design based on actual in-market observation of how consumers respond. Success in optimizing your marketing is based on incremental and constant improvements.

Our process does not end when a design is implemented. We think of design as being organic which flows constantly, measuring your desired results against current conditions and changing the direction of ebbs and flows over time to increase your results often beyond what your target goal may be.

Small incremental steps are key. Each business goal will go through the cycle several times with increasing results each time. The biggest mistake is trying to accomplish too much at once or rolling out with a complete redesign without knowing anything from phase 1 and 2 of our process. By jumping in all at once, you will never fully understand what factors were responsible for which result, wasting money and time.

Analysis – Design – Improve

Phase 1 - Analysis

In the analysis phase we begin gathering the necessary information to effectively impact your business performance on the web. Information should not be used as a crutch to support a preconceived idea, rather it should be used as the basis to grow ideas. Before any work is done a structured analysis is conducted with your team to properly define what the outcome of success would look like for your unique situation and establish what specific indicators would increase in your metrics based on your defined success. With a baseline measurement of your web metrics, using your existing web analytics tool, we can determine the value we can bring to you.

Phase 2 - Design

To create a result driven site, landing page, e-mail campaign, etc., we begin designing with research and development. Through better understanding of your customer’s needs and habits with user testing, personas and persuasive design we create actionable persuasive designs that dramatically increase the impact, motivations and desires of your target market, multiplying your returns systematically over time.

Phase 3 - Improve

Unlike print design a website is not finished just because the site has been launched. The web is an organic medium that is constantly changing and evolving. The improvement phase is about managing that change. At this step we measure, present and adjust constantly to ensure your results keep growing and improving. We will work with you to avoid common issues that prevent organizations from effectively measuring and optimizing results.
